Effective August 21, 2026. By using Black Doctors, you agree to these terms.

What Black Doctors is

Black Doctors is a directory and membership platform operated by Mario Bailey and Will Moss (together, "we" or "Black Doctors"). It lists clinicians who told us they are Black and whose license we checked, and gives clinicians a way to manage their own listing.

Not medical advice

Nothing on Black Doctors is medical advice. Listings, articles and every other page on this site are informational only, and using the site does not create a clinician-patient relationship between you and Black Doctors, or between you and anyone listed here. If you are in crisis, call or text 988, or call 911.

Listings are informational

A listing reflects what a clinician told us and what we were able to verify at the time we checked it. We do not guarantee that a clinician is accepting patients, in network with any particular insurance, or available on any particular date. Confirm details directly with the practice before you rely on them.

Clinician responsibilities

If you are a clinician with a listing on Black Doctors, you are responsible for the accuracy of the content you add to your own profile: your bio, your credentials, your fees, and anything else you write. You agree not to post anything false, misleading, or that you do not have the right to post.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to: scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the site outside of what robots.txt allows; harass, impersonate, or misrepresent yourself to a clinician or another member; or make false claims, including a false claim of being a clinician, a false claim of being Black, or a false claim about a license or credential.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Black Doctors is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
