Sabina Harris, MS, LMFT

Sabina Harris is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, holding a Master of Science in Counseling, and has been practicing since 2007. She works from a humanistic framework, and utilizes approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as others that meet the needs of clients. Her practice focuses on transition-aged youth (16 to 24), BIPOC individuals who are navigating depression, anxiety, and trauma, and adults who have come into considerable wealth and are seeking to recalibrate their lives around it.
