About
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained? Struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, or challenges in your relationships? You don’t have to face it alone. Parents may be seeking support for a child or teen experiencing emotional or behavioral difficulties. I can help you feel safe, in a nonjudgmental space to feel heard and understood while learning practical coping skills. the goals we can work towards can include improving emotional regulation, reducing distress, strengthening relationships, and feeling more confident and empowered in daily life.
I offer supportive, evidence-based therapy for children, teens, adults, and families. Together, we’ll work on managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional regulation challenges while building coping skills, resilience, and confidence for meaningful change.
If you’re feeling stuck or unsure where to turn, therapy can be a safe space to feel heard, gain clarity, and build practical tools for change. I welcome you to reach out when you’re ready to take that next step.
