I’m a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice, working primarily with women. Some of my particular areas of interest include:
Black women who are first-generation college graduates and are navigating new professional and social systems
Black women and other women of color (BIPOC) seeking a racially concordant provider
Women who experienced early mother loss (ages 0–12)
Perimenopause, particularly for women with histories of trauma/PTSD
Anxiety, perfectionism, over-functioning, and relationship/dating concerns
My approach is relationship-based, mindfulness-based, and nervous-system-informed.
I offer telehealth throughout California, and I’m currently accepting new clients.
