Dinelly Holder is a licensed psychotherapist and the founder of Higher Life Pathways Counseling Services. She offers individual therapy, couples therapy, EMDR and extended intensive sessions for adults and couples working through anxiety, trauma and relationship strain. Her approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed techniques and nervous system regulation with faith-informed care. Sessions are virtual for clients located in Maryland, Virginia, New Jersey and New York, and she is in-network with CareFirst BCBS, Anthem, Cigna and United Healthcare.
