Interns primarily spend their time focused on their assigned area ofthe business. Throughout the summer, intern program managers will host a variety ofdevelopment focused activities to enhance professional development, provide exposure to all aspects of our business, and engagement eventswith fellow interns.</div><div></div><div></div><div>Program Summary</div><div><ul><li>Duration:11weeks, Summer 2026Dates: June1st August14th</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Site Visits</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Weekly IKE Sessions (Information Knowledge Exchange) with Seniorleadership</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Skills Workshops</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Weekly Coffee Chats +Coffee with the CEO</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Final projects and presentations</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Engagementevents</li></ul></div><div></div><div>Job Summary</div><div><ul><li>Investigate assigned operationalclubprocesses to uncoverimprovementsopportunities. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support the implementation of ongoing automation deployments and implementations. </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Investigatenew ways data can be used to positivelyimpactthe business. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Own and design newprocesswithinclubnetworkutilizingautomation.</li></ul></div><div></div><div>Qualifications</div><div><ul><li>Able to work hybrid schedule in Marlborough, MA. Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Actively enrolled in an undergraduate program, mastersprogram, etc. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Preferredmajors:Computer science, DataScience, BusinessAnalytics, Computer Engineering, or Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Knowledge of common coding languagesand data visualization tools is a plus.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Can-do attitude with a willingness to roll-up your sleeves and learn. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Agile and eager to work with diverse stakeholders and tasks. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Collaborative and able to influence without authority. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong communicationskills and able to work cross functionally. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email)required. </li></ul></div></div>This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days. In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJs Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
