In addition, the LIMS administrator will support standardization and improvement of LIMS governance processes, support system enhancements, perform / organize user acceptance testing, create, and manage any system related documents. Organizes administrative, organizational, testing and inspection support for the Quality Control department. Performs Quality Control support and maintenance tasks and participates in developing new testing and inspection procedures. Helps monitor and maintain documentation of quality tests, audits, and inspections in accordance with regulatory and organizational requirements. Uses data to identify risks and improvement opportunities. Implements risk mitigations and process improvements with support. Escalates issues and risks as required.<h2>Key Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>Maintain LIMS system in a healthy state and in compliance with local procedures and regulatory requirements</li><li>Serve as first-line LIMS administrator: user provisioning, roles/permissions, workflows, and routine configuration.</li><li>Support change control activities executing LIMS tasks.</li><li>Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to next management level</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2>Education:<ul><li>University/bachelor’s degree or Equivalent.</li><li>Generally requires 0-2 years of related work experience</li></ul><h2>Experience and Skills:</h2>Required:<ul><li>Generally requires 0-2 years of related work experience</li><li>Strong background and knowledge of quality systems management elements like change</li></ul>control, computer system validation, issue management.<ul><li>Demonstrated experience at participation in process improvement initiatives with cross-functional, diverse, global teams using process excellence methodologies / tools.</li></ul>Includes demonstrated effective project management skills<h2>Preferred:</h2><ul><li>Prefer experience in medical devices or life science management, quality management or related field (Medical Devices, Pharma, biotechnology, or equivalent).</li></ul>For more information on how we support the whole health of our employees throughout their wellness, career and life journey, please visit www.careers.jnj.com.] Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
